Cultural Planning Assistance

DCASE provides assistance to cultural organizations and artists with questions regarding space and facility planning. They can help you answer questions or find information about:

• arts facility development planning assistance from the early planning stages, to getting the final city approvals;
• working with the city: figuring out zoning, regulations, licensing, building code, inspections;
• evaluating and finding appropriate locations for arts facility development: where are the incentives, what’s permitted where, what building types work for you.
