The Collaborative Programs Division supports and strengthens arts and cultural organizations throughout the city and creates greater visibility through programs such as Spotlight on Chicago, the Cultural Network, and more.
Spotlight on Chicago is an annual event presented each fall at the Chicago Cultural Center to kick off the Chicago arts season. It provides an opportunity for arts and cultural organizations from throughout the Chicago area to present their latest programming and arts education initiatives.
