Natya Dance Theatre presents a family-friendly introduction to Bharata Natyam, the dance theater form of India that Natya practices and teaches. Artistic Director Hema Rajagopalan and members of the Natya Company demonstrate the rhythmic footwork, hand gestures and facial expressions that are unique to this art form. The program also includes performances by the dancers.
